Delivery will take 1-3 days working days to process your order before it leaves our warehouse.
Order placed on Friday until Sunday will only be shipped on Monday of the following week. We provide both local and international shipping (for international orders, please email us at matbunga_creations@yahoo.com)
Once your order shipped, you will be notified via email or whatssup with the tracking number. Mat Bunga Creations will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by Pos Malaysia / PosLaju. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabouts, you may contact PosLaju at 1-300-300-300 (Malaysia) or 603-27279100 (Overseas)
Shipping Within Malaysia
All order within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped using PosLaju. PosLaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service and delivers within 2-5 business days. Signature will be required when you receive the parcel. All order are charged according to the weight of the parcel. We will advise and calculate the weight and the amount you should pay Shipping charges will be depend of the quantity / weight of each parcel. Please take note that a tracking number will be given once posted. If the addressee is not available during the time of delivery, they will need to pick up their parcel at the nearest Poslaju office. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE is allowed if the parcel is returned to us when it is unclaimed for over two weeks. The buyer will have to pay additional shipping charges to have it posted out again.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via PosLaju International, Registered Air Parcel and and International Express Mail. Shipping charges will be depend of the quantity / weight of each parcel.
